Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Fragrance
Carefully place the perfume in its original branded box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned bottle, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
